Robert Lambert

Robert Lambert has more than 25 years of experience in the management and turnaround of international and multi-site businesses. He spent 10 years working in North America for Michelin, taking an active part in the development and turnaround of the business. After returning to Europe he led the project to implement an ERP system in more than 100 countries across 5 continents.

After that he managed and turned around several SMEs in sectors as diverse as laminated surfacing products for the building industry, radio-active isotopes, and the manufacture and distribution of office equipment and furniture. From these varied experiences he has become convinced that a business can always find its way back to profit, even after many years of decline and losses.

This career has enabled him to develop extensive operational experience in a wide range of international industrial sectors, in particular in manufacturing and distribution in a B2B environment. He is equally at ease with international groups as with SMEs.

After more than 10 years of continuous and close cooperation with Zalis, while Robert was a customer of the firm, he decided to join the team at the end of 2017. Since 1^st October 2018 Robert has taken on the management of the Auvergne Rhône Alpes branch of Zalis.

Robert is a graduate of HEC.
