Charles-Antonin Burel 

Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Zalis

After almost 10 years in the political and not-for-profit environment, Charles-Antonin BUREL joined ZALIS in January 2024.

In 2015, he began his working career as a parliamentary adviser at the French NationalAssembly, where he gained an in-depth understanding of social affairs and of the legislative process. In 2017, he broadened his experience significantly at RACI (Red Argentina de Cooperacion Internacional) in Buenos Aires, developing skills in international fundraising and multilingual communication.

In 2018, Charles-Antonin joined the not-for-profit association Coallia as Chief of Staff and Communications Director, where he supported the turnaround of the organization until 2022. At Coallia he also led the Covid-19 crisis unit.

Finally, serving as Chief of Staff for the French Overseas Ministry from 2022 to 2023, Charles-Antonin BUREL orchestrated strategic initiatives, managed the Minister’s advisors, and led cross-functional projects.

Holder of a Masters’ degree in Political Science from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre, Charles-Antonin BUREL is proficient in both English and Spanish.
