Eve-Lise Blanc-Deleuze was a member of the Zalis team from 2014 to 2017. In particular she handled transformation projects, mainly with OPCA institutions (mutual organizations peculiar to France which are owned jointly by the State, the employers and the trade unions and which collect compulsory professional training contributions for the state and finance employee training schemes). Having successfully led two OPCA projects for Zalis she was asked to manage a third OPCA full time in March 2017, and left Zalis.
Before joining Zalis she was sales, marketing and e-commerce director of FRAM.
She is a recognized specialist in rapidly changing environments linked to the arrival of digital technologies (launching Nintendo in France, managing director of Canal Plus multimedia, deputy managing director of Lagardère interactive television, chief of staff of LCP) and is an expert in digital transformation and convergence in media and telecoms.
